Talking Quality... the ASX plug-ins, unlike common sample-based expander modules, precisely model the synthesis process of the real synth. This means you are playing the „real thing“, not just recordings of it. You play a dynamic model, which allows expression and access to all aspects of the sound and its modulation. That is why, compared to sample based systems, you will find the sound to be much more dynamic, richer, more detailed and more lively. 

The ASX Editor Software for Windows (Mac OSX in preparation) provides the different plug-in GUIs and access to all sound settings. Presets and Preset Banks can easily be managed, saved to Preset Files, and uploaded to the ASX hardware - allowing you to store your personal favorite sounds on the ASX board. Take them with you!
